Shipping policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS IN NORTHERN IRELAND

Due to the GPSR regulations which come into effect on 13/12/2024, we will not be able to ship to Northern Ireland after 10/12/2024.

GPSR requires that to sell into the EU Single Market (of which NI is a part) we must appoint a representative in the EU. As a small company, we simply can't afford the time or money to do this. That means we reluctantly have to stop selling to NI.

This is a direct result of Brexit. Please feel free to contect your MP or MLA about this as it will affect literally thousands of small UK companies and their customers in Northern Ireland and the EU. 

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Destinations
Loam & Lore ships to addresses within the United Kingdom, Canada, United States of America and U.S. Territories. We currently do not offer shipping to the EU.

Sale Items
Please note that we can only ship items on sale to addresses within the UK.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers may not be provided.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Loam and Lore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages & Claims
Loam & Lore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Items sent through Royal Mail are insured up to a value of £20.00 GBP. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
