All return and exchange products must be in the same condition in which they were received.
Returns will be inspected, and your original payment method will be reimbursed.
Return inspection and processing might take up to 1-2 weeks.

Shipping Policy
Free Standard Shipping On All Orders Over $20 (£15)
We have two shipping methods available:
1. Free Shipping
Most sustainable and lowest carbon footprint. Doesn't include tracking or refund for losses.
2. Express Shipping
Includes tracking* , a faster shipping time and refunds for lost items.
Both shipping methods include a 24-48 hold for processing. Also, tracking is dependent on the country of delivery, and may not be available to your destination.
Customs & Duties
While we do everything possible to avoid customs costs, ALL International orders (from outside the UK) may be subject to tariffs and import fees, particularly on higher-value products.
If these fees arise, the consumer is solely responsible for them.
We do have a selection of products that are available as domestic orders within the USA, so no customs fees apply to these items.
If you decide not to pay the import fees, please notify us by email at hello@loamandlore.com that you have declined the shipment.
We sincerely sorry for these charges, but they are presently outside our control, and we are actively looking for answers. We want you to have a pleasant experience with Loam & Lore!

International orders are subject to customs clearance which can take longer in some countries.
Undelivered orders
We make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your order. We are not a large business like Amazon and in order to keep costs low, and pass those savings onto you, we do not offer tracked shipping for orders within the UK (excluding 3-day shipping in the USA). We use Royal Mail First Class for all UK orders and Royal Mail International Standard for international orders.

If your item does not arrive on time please email us at hello@loamandlore.com and we can investigate the issue for you.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing an investigation for a missing order, as it takes time for Royal Mail to come back to us with a result. If during that time you do receive the item, just drop us an email to let us know.
Delays
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to government lockdowns, Brexit and other situations outside of our control.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we are aware of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Damages & Claims
Loam & Lore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Items sent through Royal Mail are insured up to a value of £20.00 GBP. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
