Refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 30 calendar days to request a return for an item from the date you received it (except for items on sale, which must be returned within 14 days from the date you received it). To be eligible for a return, you must contact us first to authorise the return, and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Please note: This return and refund policy only applies to our SimplyEco, WoodCycle and EcoClean collections. Cases in the L&L Designer collection are custom printed for each order and cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind or order the wrong case. They can only be returned or refunded if there is a defect or problem with the case. 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.


Undelivered items

We make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your order. We are not a large business like Amazon and in order to keep costs low, and pass those savings onto you, we do not offer tracked shipping for orders within the UK (excluding 3-day shipping in the USA). We use Royal Mail First Class for all UK orders and Royal Mail International Standard for international orders.

If your item does not arrive on time please email us at and we can investigate the issue for you.

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing an investigation for a missing order, as it takes time for Royal Mail to come back to us with a result. If during that time you do receive the item, just drop us an email to let us know.
